Our community thrives when we come together—whether it’s through city events, neighborhood gatherings, or shared celebrations. I’ll continue to push for opportunities that foster these connections, where people can step outside their homes, meet new neighbors, and strengthen the fabric of Pelham. These events aren’t just fun—they’re a vital part of building pride and trust in our city.
Our parks, ballfields, trails, and senior center are the heart of our community. These spaces are where children learn life skills, families make lifelong memories, and seniors stay active and engaged. I’ll continue to advocate for upgrades and improvements that make these areas safe, accessible, and vibrant for all residents, regardless of age. We invest in recreation because it directly invests in the health and well-being of our community.
First impressions matter, and when people drive into Pelham, they should feel welcome and proud to be here. By improving landscaping, signage, and lighting along major corridors like Highway 31, we can create a more inviting and attractive city. A beautiful city not only lifts the spirits of those who live here—it encourages investment, tourism, and growth.
Infrastructure isn’t glamorous, but it’s the foundation of everything else. Roads, drainage, and utilities might not make headlines, but they affect every single one of us. I will remain committed to ensuring that we continue to replace outdated pipes, improve our roadways, and invest in the long-term sustainability of our systems. This is about building a solid foundation for Pelham’s growth—not just fixing problems when they arise.
The men and women who work for Pelham are the backbone of our community. From police officers to sanitation workers, from firefighters to public works crews, they are the ones keeping our city running every day. I will fight for their support—ensuring they are paid fairly, have the resources they need, and feel valued for their hard work. These employees deserve nothing less than our full backing.
