My Family
My wife Melissa and I have been married for 24 years, and we’re raising our son, Will, right here in Pelham. He’s 11 now—and full of energy, big ideas, and the kind of joy that reminds you daily what really matters. Our little trio is tight-knit, faith-grounded, and grateful for the life we’ve built together in this city.
Pelham isn’t just where we live—it’s home. It’s where Will learned to ride his bike and play ball, where we’ve cheered from the sidelines, volunteered in our schools, and gathered with neighbors who feel more like family. It’s where we’ve celebrated milestones, walked through challenges, and built lasting connections.
Family is at the heart of everything I do, and it shapes how I serve. I want to help build a Pelham where every family feels supported, where kids grow up with opportunities to thrive, and where generations can stay rooted. For me, this work isn’t political—it’s personal. It’s about making sure Pelham remains a place we’re all proud to call home, not just today, but for the future our children will inherit.
Why am I Running For Office?
I’m Chad Leverett, and I’m honored to serve as your representative on the Pelham City Council. I was appointed to this role in 2023 and have shown up every day with commitment, heart, and a deep desire to serve our city well.
I’m running not to check a box or make noise, but because I truly love Pelham. I believe in the power of connection, service, and showing up for one another. With your support, I hope to continue building a city that reflects the best of who we are: caring, connected, and forward-thinking.
